So you spent the day before on a mission to create the perfect brisket. And let’s just say, mission accomplished. But now the question is, what do you do with all that leftover beef This spicy, chopped brisket sandwich is the perfect way to use your leftover brisket from the night before. Enjoy for lunch or a late-night snack.
- Fire up your Wood Pellet Grill and set the temperature to 350°F. If you’re using gas or charcoal, prep your grill to cook with medium indirect heat.
- Add the chopped brisket and spicy barbecue sauce to the aluminum pan and mix well. The brisket should be fully coated with sauce. If 1 cup is not enough, feel free to more sauce ¼ cup at a time.
- Cover the aluminum pan tightly with foil and place it in the center of the grill. Close the lid and cook the brisket for about 10 minutes or until it’s heated all the way through.
- Remove the brisket from the grill and pile the meat on top of the sandwich buns. Top the brisket sandwich with pickle slices, jalapeno slices, and sliced onions. Serve immediately.
